Who pays the 3% fee?
You choose per event. Pass it to buyers and it is shown on the event page before they pay, or absorb it and buyers pay the ticket price only.
When do I get my money?
Sales settle to your EventYangu balance as they happen. Withdraw the same day to M-Pesa, Paybill, Till or bank once your organizer account is verified.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Payment processing is included in the 3%. The only optional extras are instant payouts and bulk SMS.
